Training for the Youth

We offer classes for kids and teens to learn boxing. Kids as young as five years old will be able to learn the basics. Classes will be broken up by age and skills. This includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced courses.

Adult Classes

We offer a variety of courses intended to improve one's health.
Women 40 and up
Postpartum Fitness
General Fitness (18+ Years)
Cardio Workout
Semi-Private: 2 max 3 at a time

Competition Training

We don't just offer standard training classes, but also competition classes. We helped training for all competition, including Golden Gloves and Masters.

Teen Competitions: 13 - 17 years
Adult Competitions: 18+
